Early in my career, I worked in Insurance mergers and acquisitions learning systems and procedures of acquired companies to ensure they ran smoothly until mergers were complete. This is where my passion for building businesses started. For the last 15 years, I have seen many Real Estate Agents build their businesses. Over the years I have learned that what most Real Estate Agents love is to sell their clients homes. They don’t love keeping track of receipts, managing money, and tax time, yet it’s such a critical part of their success.
